Charles Hawkins is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with many years of experience in vital roles producing world-class financials and providing complex accounting services. Charles, a former Deloitte alumnus, worked out of the Silicon Valley office, focusing primarily on private equity and venture capital funds.

Charles went on to work in crucial financial roles for two Fortune 500 companies in NextEra Energy (NEE) and Tyco International (TYC), each with a market capitalization of over $30 billion. Charles then founded a successful consulting company that transformed pre-IPO companies into elite organizations.

Currently, he has taken the lead in working with the IRS, FASB, SEC, and other regulatory bodies on the proper accounting for cryptocurrency transactions. Charles has many clients in the Crypto space, which inspired him to develop a more accurate and cost-effective way to handle this complex problem. With no commercial software or solutions to service his blockchain accounting clients, Charles founded Blockchain Accounting Solutions. This enabled him to provide compliance solutions and services to various clients, including leading cryptocurrency exchanges and top crypto token issues.

Charles graduated from the University of Florida with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
